Am’mi-el (people of God).

1. The spy from the tribe of Dan. Num. 13:12. (b.c. 1490.) He perished by the plague for his evil report.

3. Father of Bath-sheba, 1 Chron. 3:5, called Eliam in 2 Sam. 11:3.
